By default, we work with one person — the driver, who also carries out the moving work itself. That means small moves (for example, a single room or a few heavy items) don't require you to pay for a bigger team than you actually need. If your move is larger — several rooms, a high floor without a lift, or a tight time window to fit into — we include additional people in the quote so the work moves faster. We make this decision together with you, based on the situation you describe, rather than applying one fixed team size to everyone.
The second deliberate choice is that all communication happens through the request form, not over the phone. That means your description of the situation is available in writing, precise and complete, before we prepare a quote — rather than relying on what's remembered from a brief phone call. If we need to clarify something to prepare the quote, we get in touch using the contact details provided in the form.

Once a request has been submitted and a quote accepted, moving day usually begins with a brief on-site check — we confirm that the volume and access conditions match what was stated in the request. If anything differs from what was originally described (for example, it turns out there's more to move than expected), we discuss it with you immediately, not after the work is done. What follows is carrying out, loading, transport, and unloading — a sequence that stays the same regardless of the type of move; only the time and number of people involved change.
We work both on weekdays and weekends — exact availability for a specific date is confirmed once we've reviewed your request form. If your preferred date is coming up soon, it's a good idea to submit your request as early as possible so we can arrange it.
We serve Riga and the surrounding area within roughly a 50 km radius — including the nearby towns and municipalities around Riga.
