Office and commercial space moving with minimal disruption to work — scheduling outside business hours when needed.
Office moving is a different kind of challenge than moving an apartment or a house — the main question usually isn't "how do we move the things", but "how do we do it without disrupting the company's work". For many businesses, every hour of downtime means lost time or lost revenue, so planning an office move is built around the schedule first — when the team can work, how much time is available, and whether the move can be split into stages so part of the team can keep working.
The service covers moving desks, chairs, cabinets, and other office furniture, as well as relocating documents and equipment to the new premises. If you need particular care with specific technology or equipment, we'll discuss it in advance so there are no surprises on moving day.
Evenings or weekends — so your team is already working in the new premises on Monday morning.
Desks, chairs, cabinets, and other office equipment are moved and placed according to your instructions.
If part of the team needs to keep working, the move can be split into several stages or days.
For sensitive or valuable equipment, we discuss the most suitable moving method in advance.
With office moving, what matters isn't just the physical work but how predictable the process is — below you can see what's included in the base service and what's available on request.
Downtime means something different for every company — for some, every working hour is critical; for others, what matters most is that clients or visitors aren't disturbed. That's why, before preparing a quote, we find out what matters most in your case: whether to work only outside business hours, whether the move can happen in stages while part of the team keeps working in the existing premises, or whether the priority is a specific date (for example, the start of a new lease). We build these details into the quote rather than assuming them.
Computers, monitors, and other sensitive equipment are transported separately from heavier furniture and, if needed, given extra packing. If your office has particularly valuable or fragile equipment (servers, presentation screens, artwork), mention it in the request form so we can discuss the best way to move it in advance.
Office buildings often require access to be arranged in advance — a service lift, a loading zone, or a specific time when the building management allows larger items to be moved. If you know of such requirements (for example, prior notice to building administration is needed), mention it in the form so we can plan accordingly. If, once you move, part of the old office equipment is no longer needed (outdated furniture that isn't going to the new premises), we can include removal of it — just note this separately, as it isn't an automatic part of the service.
